The characters here are Rose Tyler & the 'human' Doctor from Doctor Who.

This project was an experiment using markers and watercolor markers. My test on a scrap piece of paper came out great, but when I did it full scale on watercolor paper their skin tones came out *really* yellow. So after a bit of 'digital massaging' this became presentable. It was finished 8/2/09.
